Return Eligibility

You can return an item within 3 days of delivery if the item meets the following criteria:

  • The item must be unused, unworn, or in its original condition
  • The item is returned with its original packaging, labels, and accessories 
  • A valid proof of purchase is provided (order number, receipt)

Non-Returnable Items

The following items cannot be returned or exchanged:

  • Items labeled as “Final Sale” or non-refundable
  • Used, damaged, or customized items
  • Perishable or hygiene-sensitive products

How to Initiate a Return

To initiate the return process,

  • Email us at info@industrial.shopkleemax.com, +923011134229 within 3 days of your item being received
  • You must include your order number, product details, and reason for the return
  • Our support team will instruct you on what to do next

Please do not send any items back without prior approval.

Return Shipping

  • Unless the return item is damaged, defective, or incorrectly shipped, customers are responsible for shipping the product back at their expense. 
  • Please use a courier service that provides a tracking number so that the return is protected. Kleemax is not responsible for any return shipments that are lost or damaged.

Refund Process

  • When we have received and checked your return, we will notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. 
  • If approved, your refund will be processed within 10-14 working days.
  • Refunds will be made to the original payment method.

Shipping charges (if any) are non-refundable unless the return is a result of our error.

Exchanges

We will only replace items if they are defective, damaged, or sent in error. If you would like to exchange an item, please contact us at info@industrial.shopkleemax.com with your order information. 

Damaged or Incorrect Items

If your item arrived defective or you received the wrong item, please inform us within 48 hours of delivery. Please include pictures of the product as well as the packaging to expedite the resolution process.
